Thanks for your interest in working with me. First step, read this page to learn a little more about what I'm about. If it's a match, please reach out.

I’m an Aussie lifestyle blogger who loves organic farmers’ markets, fair-trade chocolate, and creating relationships with conscience-driven humans.
A native of Perth, Western Australia, I moved to the East Coast in 2012, living in Melbourne and Sydney – but not being city girl by any stretch of the imagination – finally settled in Australia’s most magical place, Byron Bay.
I worked in the casino industry for 10 years, but was interested in making more of a difference in peoples’ lives, so studied massage, naturopathy, Transformational NLP, and health coaching with the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. In 2011, I realised the beauty of online business, and have never looked back.
In my spare time, I love hanging with my partner, Brendan, painting, picking up a bargain at the local op shop, and spending the afternoon in the hinterland sipping honey-soaked chai with coconut milk. I also enjoy restorative yoga, dancing, and cooking meals that fall within the autoimmune paleo guidelines. When I’m not reading or writing, I’m interviewing inspiring people for my upcoming podcast, The Self-Sufficient Life.

I’m available for collaboration on the following projects nationally and internationally:

Facebook & Instagram live videos

Meet & Greet Networking
